It is with deep regret and sadness that the GEODE Board of Directors has decided to recommend the dissolution of the corporation known as GEODE, Grassroots Economic Opportunity Development & Evaluation and GEODE, Sudbury’s Community Economic Development Organization.

GEODE’s Annual General Meeting
is scheduled for Thursday, August 27th, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.
at the Main Library on Mackenzie Street in Meeting Room #1
